The Company is dedicated to the values and standards of responsible business and ethical behaviour that comply with all applicable laws and regulations. GreenBay respects internationally recognized human rights as established in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Core Conventions.

Definition of Human Rights
According to the United Nations, human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status. Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education, and many more. Everyone is entitled to these rights, without discrimination.

The Company is guided by the principles as expressed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

No Child or Forced Labour and Human Trafficking
In compliance with applicable local laws, we do not employ children. We prohibit the use of all forms of forced and bonded labour, slavery, and human trafficking.

Non-discrimination
We have a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination in any form, regardless of race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, disabilities, or nationality.

Fair Employment Conditions
