JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and support sales and service activities, including the preparation of quotations, service contracts, purchase and sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, etc
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure on time and accurate preparation of reports/documents/claim/customer payment to HQ or related department.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Liaise with warehouse & transporter for delivery order and delivery schedule to customers.
  • Liaises with government sector for company licenses renew application matter
  • To support other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • More than 2 Years of experience in admin & management position
  • Familiar with SQL accounting software will be added advantage.
  • Able to work independently, good management skills with a strong sense of responsibilities and commitment, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Some knowledge in ISO documentation is necessary
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
