- Responsible for the development and administration of rewards and performance review, analysis/ updates, reporting and dashboard preparation
- Champions in reviewing, designing and development the set of rewards & performance policies and ensuring compensation & performance decisions are understood and have the support across the organisation
- Evaluates new and existing positions by investigating and analyzing position duties and responsibilities to determine appropriate classification and salary levels via Job Evaluation
- Other responsibilities entailed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, along with multi-tasking capability
- Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative
- Some knowledge in ISO documentation is necessary
- Able to work independently
- Computer literate
