JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to promote and sell company’s products/services/solutions to existing and new customers to achieve personal sales target.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customers and business partners.
• Provide product technology update presentation/sharing to customers and business partners.
• To solicit and develop new sales lead, provide suggestion and offer the most appropriate solution to customers and business partners.
• Follow up closely on sales inquiries and provide quotations to customers and business partners.
• Aggressively visit the new and potential customers, consultants to seize the new project, specify company product specifications into the Building of Materials/Quantities.
• To develop new market territories, plan for marketing event and work closely with product suppliers and principals.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering / Facilities (factory) / M&E Consultant / IT Infrastructure / UPS / Data Center/ business development and marketing knowledge preferable. –
• Bachelor Degree (Hons) Business Development and Marketing
• More than 3 years’ experience in renewable energy products sales or related field.
• Knowledge in Solar Inverter System, EV Charger, Energy Storage System will be value added.
• Able to demonstrate and present company’s products /services /solutions effectively to customers and business partners.
• Good knowledge in measurement, commercial pricing and preparation of bill of quantity.
• Good coordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-discipline, Proactive and keen in organizing sales activities and customer visits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To design fire protection systems such as fire gas suppression system and Early Warning Smoke Detection system for data centre, M&E rooms (such as transformer room, Genset room, UPS room and switchgear room) and TNB substation.
• To perform detailed design & calculations for the fire protection systems based on International /Local Standards and Local Authority Handbooks & Guidelines.
• To assist in the design of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) system, ELV system & monitoring system for a data center.
• To utilize computer-aided design (CAD), engineering software & tools to perform engineering tasks.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and materials.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Responsible for providing a professional technical response for fire protection solution.
• Responsibility for pre-sales technical support (such as attending site survey, technical meeting, etc.) & expertise in the implementation of customer applications.
• Providing the solution and the bidding document etc.
• To prepare the costing for tender and/or enquiry submission.

• Receives daily supervision and workload from the Head of Department, Admin Department
• Receives general supervision from the Director, Admin & Finance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the finance department’s operations, including financial reporting, accounts receivables and account payables.
• Handle full set of accounts for the group of companies
• Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals,
• Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to annual audit.
• Involve in corporate planning including strategy evaluation, budgeting and business planning and financial modelling for entire Group.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Maintain the financial health of the organisation.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor degree or professional degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified member of MIA/ ACCA/ CPA preferred.

REQUIREMENT

• At least 5 year(s) of experience in full set accounting;
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is an advantage for this position.
• Familiar with SQL accounting software will be added advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project.
• Attending site visit prior to project kick off, project meeting whenever required.
  Oversee performance of vendors involved during the project implementation stages.
• Assure the accuracy of financial forecasts, which tie-in to project schedules. Able to control expenses to meet budget guidelines.

2) To perform detailed design & calculations for the mechanical & electrical systems based on Data Centre Site Infrastructure Tier Standard, International/Local Mechanical & Electrical Standards and Local Authority Handbooks & Guidelines.
3) To utilize computer-aided design (CAD), engineering softwares & tools to perform engineering tasks.
4) Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and materials.
5) Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
6) Responsible for providing professional technical response for critical infrastructure solution of data center & etc.
7) Responsibility for pre-sales technical support (such as attending site survey, technical meeting and etc.) & expertise in implementation of customer applications associated with UPS system, power distribution system, Cooling solution, and other related products/solutions etc
8) Providing the solution and the bidding document etc.
9) To prepare costing for tender and/or enquiry submission.

EDUCATION
