• Perform planned preventive maintenance servicing for M&E critical equipment in data center.
• Perform to make detailed service reports and maintenance checklist on all the work that is done on each M&E critical equipment in data center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To design fire protection systems such as fire gas suppression system and Early Warning Smoke Detection system for data centre, M&E rooms (such as transformer room, Genset room, UPS room and switchgear room) and TNB substation.
• To perform detailed design & calculations for the fire protection systems based on International /Local Standards and Local Authority Handbooks & Guidelines.
• To assist in the design of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) system, ELV system & monitoring system for a data center.
• To utilize computer-aided design (CAD), engineering software & tools to perform engineering tasks.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and materials.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Responsible for providing a professional technical response for fire protection solution.
• Responsibility for pre-sales technical support (such as attending site survey, technical meeting, etc.) & expertise in the implementation of customer applications.
• Providing the solution and the bidding document etc.
• To prepare the costing for tender and/or enquiry submission.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the finance department’s operations, including financial reporting, accounts receivables and account payables.
• Handle full set of accounts for the group of companies
• Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals,
• Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to annual audit.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor degree or professional degree in Accounting or Finance.

REQUIREMENT

• At least 5 year(s) of experience in full set accounting;
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is an advantage for this position.
• Familiar with SQL accounting software will be added advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project.
• Attending site visit prior to project kick off, project meeting whenever required.
  Oversee performance of vendors involved during the project implementation stages.

3) To utilize computer-aided design (CAD), engineering softwares & tools to perform engineering tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Familiar with Industrial Protocol such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, Bacnet and SNMP.
• Design & create input / output list of equipment.
• Develop EMS system architecture, wiring diagram and panel layout for working and as built.
• To design and create 3D Graphic User Interface to be used for the EMS workstation
• To design and develop programming using ladder logic control for EMS.

• Conduct EMS testing and commissioning, this includes: conducting cable continuity test with cabling contractor to ensure correct cable specification and integrity, and verifying that all data feed is terminated correctly and accounted for.
• Conduct assessment and ensure that the system operate its intended function based on the design parameters including communication setup and architecture, signal verification from field devices and equipment, controller operation parameters and filling the test report for submission.
• To type, create and compile the Operation and Maintenance Manual for submission which is will be used as a reference by the end-user to operate the system.
• Carry out preventive maintenance activities carried to identify problems on an ongoing basis before they result in equipment / device failure.
• Troubleshoot find any fault of any irregularities on the system field devices, controllers and system functionality and advise any action or replacement parts required to resolve the issues.
• Maintains documentation for all malfunction, repairs, maintenance or changes to systems or equipment.
  Records maintenance data and generates reports as needed.
  Monitors and verifies operation of all EMS field devices and equipment.

• To coordinate with client/consultants/suppliers/vendors/contractors for drafting works & M&E services coordination on drawing works.
• Perform basic engineering design, calculation and tabulation.

• To establish drawing standard and ensure high quality of drafting works and high drafting work efficiency/effectiveness.
• To lead & develop the drafting standard template, library, list of drawings, title block, general notes, legends, symbols, models & etc. for AutoCAD drawing and other engineering drafting software (such as Revit BIM).
• To conduct regular training for (junior) drafters & engineers for drafting skill and/or drafting work efficiency/effectiveness improvement purpose.
